Plenty has changed over the last year and yet Concise’s thirst for seeking out new opportunities and challenges has continued to drive growth. We have developed and invested in both existing and new areas across research, consulting, trading and share to strengthen our offering and delivery to our customers. And we’ve never been in better shape.
                 
Concise has continued to evolve as the full service commercial assurance specialists, offering extensive research and consultancy services as well as a complete assurance capability. We still provide a quick response and face to face accessibility with our central London base, working alongside you to gain a deep understanding of your needs. We also still offer a market-leading share audit and research capability coupled with exceptional systems and reporting functionality, including overnights within seconds of daily data becoming available. And yet we’ve added so many more strings to our bow since the start of 2019.
 
We are delighted to announce that our consultancy division has enjoyed new engagements with DCM, ESI Media and Bauer Media. As the landscape continues to change, we are at the sharp end of how these organisations can set themselves up to enjoy even greater commercial success.

We also welcomed Global and Reach Plc to the Assurance division of Concise, giving us a market leading position within U.K. radio and publishing. 

On to the hyper growth of our Research division. We added Viacom to our client list with some great insight and overnight reporting work. This led us to also compliment the DCM, Bauer, RTE and ESI Media consultancy work with some well-placed market research projects. On the back of this, we’re extremely excited to announce that we recently opened a new Research Office in Taunton, headed up by Research Director, Sam Randoll. This reflects the excellent progress that Concise continues to make with its research offering, and demonstrates further investment to enhance its proposition.

And most significantly, we are incredibly proud to have achieved a 100% renewal rate on all of our existing contracts that were due to end, which is the strongest testimonial we could ask for!

As we settle into 2020 with an established and valued set of clients, this sets the bar for us as a business to have a focus on growth and development. We’re now confidently beginning to position Concise as the go-to professional services business within the UK media market. We have more than proven our capabilities and continue to focus on combining our extensive commercial awareness and understanding with excellent research credentials.

Echoing a comment we made last year, we’ve got big plans and will be working hard to make these a reality including a fresh look and a new website which is now under construction. Concise is also delighted to welcome Samuel Goswell as its new Head of Research. With responsibility for optimising the structure and processes within the company, Samuel will also manage the research department and support the wider Concise team through the expertise he brings to the business on regular reporting.

Prior to joining Concise Media, Samuel worked as a Research Manager for Digital-I, where he gained over eight years’ industry knowledge and was responsible for overseeing all reporting and ad-hoc projects, including team management and process improvements within the business. Samuel will report in to Sam Randoll and be based in Taunton.

Concise Media confirms that it will continue working with The Guardian News & Media for a fourth consecutive year under a new media share audit contract.

Concise Media today confirms an extension of its current contract with Bauer Media to the end of 2021. The
contract covers magazines, radio and digital share audits as well as strategic support in commercial strategy
and provision of market research.

Concise Media today announces that it is to embark on an exciting new Business Transformation consultancy contract with Digital Cinema Media. This major project follows on from several years of Concise and DCM working together and will include analysis of DCM’s current commercial structure and strategy intended to form the basis of a 5 year plan to maximise collaboration and reach DCM’s commercial goals.
